My name is Elia Bartolini and I have always been an athlete, practicing and passionate about free body training for a few years. 

Training in this area has always been made up of two fields, an emotional one , made up of experiences, travel and my training. An academic one , consisting of studying various books and attending seminars.

In the first years of my training I dedicated myself to free body training, Calisthenics , since its debut in Italy in 2013. In this field I studied first as a practitioner, then to become an instructor, years later. My relationship with teaching has always been particular: I am always aware that I still have a lot to learn, but despite this I give myself the opportunity to do so: my goal is to transmit what I know and communicate it, inspiring others to a concept of my training. There are many people to whom I can say that I have transmitted something , my intent is always to make them better and happy with the path they are following: a path that leads them to improve not only the quality of life but also the way in which they live and understand it through their training. Each of us teaches something, first of all to himself, then to everyone around him. A teacher of mine told me: you are the average of the best people you hang out with . A phrase full of meanings: very often we teach or learn without even realizing it.

I don't like to define what I do with one word, because it would mean giving myself an identity that I don't have. I like to train, this is the most important thing: for a goal, for an idea. I like being able to live to discover myself, to set myself new goals and to learn from my mistakes; reliving this process every day .

The fields in which I specialize are handbalancing , calisthenics and joint mobility .
