Taylor

calisthenics & mobility

Hi! My name is Taylor, aka “Little T Fitness”
I am a Toronto-based content creator with a passion for fitness, both my own and that of my clients.

Growing up, I had the privilege to train as a high-performance national gymnast. After leaving competitive gymnastics in high school, I became a competitive dancer, excelling in intricate acrobatics. In university, I competed as a Level 6 cheerleader, the highest standard there is, and after graduation, I became a certified personal trainer. A few years ago, I became an International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Pro and recently won silver in the November 2023 IFBB Fitness Olympia in Orlando, Florida.

I’ve always loved and respected the strength and conditioning side of acrobatic sports which is why, as an adult, I feel “at home” whenever I start working out in a gym. I’ve explored multiple training styles; however, my favorites are functional strength training, calisthenics, and mobility.

Over the years, I’ve created a training style that combines complex acrobatic skills, powerful plyometrics, and demanding strength routines to create a workout regimen that achieves what many would consider “the impossible”.

I believe my passion for competition and creativity, demonstrated in both endurance calisthenics and bodybuilding fitness division competitions, has helped me achieve over 2 million followers across my social media platforms.

I love what I do and one of my favorite mantras is “I can, I will” which means to me that with proper foundation, patience, and dedication, you are truly capable of achieving whatever you set your mind to. I create dynamic and innovative programs with the intention to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether they’re mobility, handstands, and/or strength. I shall be here for you throughout your entire journey to help guide and provide support, and to always add that extra push when needed! I am so excited to have you train with me on my app! You’ll hear this a lot from me, “You’ve got this!”
